his contract, and if he doesn't then fire him for cause. That doesn't make a lot of sense not to mention wouldn't create a situation anyone credible would want to entertain. What good is a buyout if you don't have to honor it? He's been there long enough and had enough success that their approach looks really short sided and pretty stupid.
