do they actually do a chromosomal test versus just looking at parts at birth?
What difference does it make? 99.99% of the time it is very easy to tell by just looking. If they are unsure they can do the chromosome test.
If someone disputes their initial call, that could certainly be looked into at a later time.
But that isn't what the gender benders want. They just want to throw out the red herring as a distraction from the fact that they want society to warp their objective standards to fit the delusions of the minority with mental issues.
Sex and gender are not the same thing.
Gender is a recently made up term used to help separate reality from someone's internal feelings. No doubt some people have 'gender dysphoria' and that is causing them distress, but that hardly means that society has to pretend that their delusions are some sort of alternative reality that society should pretend is in fact real.
