Oboma regime funded left wing NGOs and enviro special interest groups with taxpayer funds in a number of ways. Outright grants, sketchy contracts for consulting services, sue and settle schemes that included huge payoffs to the plaintiffs. Democrat administrations were always worse to work for. Corruption and insider dealing was s.o.p.
