for the most part. The only thing that will change is the conference champions and where they fall in the bracket.

If UNLV, Clemson, or Iowa St. win, they will simply replace the team they beat and the conference champs will be reranked. If UNLV wins, they bump the ACC and Big 12 into the 3/4.

The only question I have is if SMU loses on a last second field goal, are they completely booted from the rankings? Dropping 4 spots due to losing your league championship game would go against them saying teams shouldn't be penalized for that. But who do they boot out? Not Alabama. Indiana would be sweating in that scenario IMO.
