Kind of a TAmato/Tamato thing between cash and having a good final recruiting week (no pun intended). Rogers was 100% bought, it's just business.
This game is getting tougher every year to compete. Gotta have $21M pool to pay players, $9-10M coach, top 20 facilities, high ticket prices, and big donors.
At a minimum would love to see some rules around the portal and a 10 year cap on player payments after the 10 year 4% rule from the House ruling is over. Which would cap player payments at around $29M.
