I would take Weigman in a heartbeat

Depending on a physical to ensure that AC joint is completely healed. Rumor is his NIL is currently worth $500k/year so likely that goes to $750 in a bidding war between the schools.
Having to find a starting QB in the portal is not a good place to be. You're not going to find a savor at QB. All these transfer QB's have issues: Moss, Castellanos, etc. All come w/ baggage. I'd take Weigman over most of these guys.
I do understand his '24 stats were not great (except Mizzou game) but he did have a very solid '23 and, if healthy, could be a very competent guy for us to get us to Zollars.
