And that's my point. My sons were not great 3-pt shooters. I distressed to them the importance of defense, FT shooting, drives, and shooting inside the arc.
They became good FT shooters from hours of putting in work in the backyard, in the gym, etc.
By jr high, they were the FT shooter the coach sent to the line to shoot after technical fouls. Their future HS coach was at a game. Heard him make the comment I know who will be shooting FTs for me. lol
