the entirety of the content rights and names. Disney (or ESPN) merely signed a contract to produce the channel and provide all resources required.

When the contract expires, SEC can take the network to Fox or NBC and they can produce the network and it would still be called SEC Network. Disney does not own those rights. It is a basic services/contractor setup.
