Just commenting and not reading the tweet and throwing out random stuff.

I think the tweet way oversimplified everything

Watching CNBC and they showed some of the details. Basically they would give Elon 10% of the shares, so on a EPS basis, everyone gets shaved by 10%.

So I could understand a shareholder being diluted to be upset.

Given the ruling was a small book , it does appear more complicated than how it is portrayed, which is no surprise at all.
