Brady Cook was a tremendous leader on the team and clearly loves being a Tiger. He won a lot of games, and he led a good number of memorable comebacks. His team rallied around him and supported him. That being said, I don't think we would ever contend for championships without a more talented QB, and I believe many of those comebacks would not have been necessary with stronger and more consistent QB play. I don't believe we even came close to harvesting the talent of the receiving crew we have had. But Cook had a very strong career and will rightly be a beloved Tiger for the rest of his days. I will always be thankful for what he did during his time at Mizzou.

But I am ready to see where we can go from here.
