when a crazy man entered the car and began saying he was going to kill somebody/everybody and didn't care if he was killed or sent back to jail, and penny while calmly sitting in his seat pulled out a .357 magnum and shot the crazy man in the head...fine with me. Fully intended to kill him and did.

Why does the guy who saved lives of innocent people have to prove that he didn't want to harm the animal, just stop him?
How many people was the animal permitted to kill or assault before someone would be allowed to blow his head off?
Is penny a yid, does his response have to be proportional or can he defend people aggressively? Must he wait until the animal kills someone?
