Think these are the first this season. Only about 25-30% of the season played for most teams so take these with a grain of salt, not a lot of data available, and non conference schedules skew data. Most top 25 teams are in the top 25 NET rankings, but there are anomalies like Vandy at #7. Plus this year for the first time in WBB they are adding the quadrant system in to evaluating teams for bids and seedings.
But as food for thought, here are the NET rankings through games played yesterday, for SEC teams:
1. SC
2. Texas
7. Vandy
8 LSU
16. Oklahoma
18. Ole Miss
20. Kentucky
22. Miss St
23. Alabama
32. Tennessee
43. Auburn
71. Missouri
83. TAMU
85. Florida
156. Georgia
177. Arkansas
And the 3 teams that beat us, 2 of them handily?
102. Norfolk St
106. Syracuse
119. Vermont
Expect a lot of change with these rankings for some teams as more games are played, and probably not a lot of change for the best teams in the nation.
