Obama knew how corrupt Joe was. It's exactly why Obama selected him. Biden's corruption meant he had no power to refuse any request made by obama or his minions.
That's why biden when so far to the left, opened the borders, brought topless trannies to the whitehouse, and gay sex into the house of congress. Joe couldn't tell zelensky no on ukraine aid either.
