cannot consistently make the throws that NFL QBs are expected to make.

You show your ignorance claiming he had a good game today. With one minute left in the game he had under 200 yds passing and his team had 12 pts.

He has won two MVPs without ever throwing for 4000 yds. In that time there have been 52 different 4000 yd seasons. So he obviously did not win his MVPs for his play as a QB.
