and get the major government agencies back on the road to serving their true purpose, that would be monstrous victories.

If Bessent can prove effective in leading the economy, that will be an equally important accomplishment.

Preventing WW3 and getting the US out of the many conflicts that are ongoing would be maybe the greatest possible accomplishment. Who among us wants our sons drafted to go fight in Ukraine, Lebanon, Taiwan, or some other craphole we don't need to be fighting over?

And reducing immigration and deporting illegals would maybe have the greatest immediate impact on the average man. The number of illegal immigrants is insane. It has stretched school systems beyond their ability to teach effectively, overburdened housing markets, contributed heavily to increases in violent crime, and drained public assistance resources that would have gone to actual citizens and veterans.
