You have failed to define what you think is successful. Is it just getting a policy implemented? Is there some metric of success? Do you weigh unintended consequences against intended results? Do you consider others have different priorities and may weight unintended consequences vs intended results differently and come to a different conclusion? None of this. You just respond with more non-thinking bull****.
