he likley has a sore neck, it was like a karate chop to the neck, his range of movement of his head may be restricted for awile but with modern physical therapy, he should be ok quickly. But, you never know. People have differences in pain tolerance and recovery. If he nwas like Mahomes, he'd play next game.
