Hawks did wrestle but lost to the defending National Champion. Cam Steed is another good one that was missing. This team will not do well in duals but should do better in tournaments. It is possible that Elam may redshirt this year due to injuries. The Tigers signed a good class of high schoolers so the future is looking better than the present. Coach Smith is getting close to retirement age & then we could possibly bring in Askren as coach.
