Anyone old enough on this board to have seen Phil play would have him at three if not higher. Crazy thing he was an even better baseball player getting selected in the 3rd round of the MLB and had a pretty good career, hitting over 300 a few years. As you could imagine, he had a rocket for an arm from the outfield as well.
