were hit. Some sources are reporting underground command and control bunker systems were targeted. The assumption is sites were manned by Nato officers who directed the ATACMS and Storm Shadow strikes of the past two days. The last time the Russians hit a Nato manned target there were emergency flights between Kiev and Warsaw, followed by announcements of the deaths of a number of American military officers in plane and helicopter crashes.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
