You had better hope not. They are hoping that Russia gets hurt a little more before the War ends. They will spin it as if Russia lost because they didn't achieve their goals. These goals are going to be goals that we made up for them. Trump can spin it anyway he wants after all it wasn't his idea. This could prolong the war even longer so Russia can seize more land to add for a buffer. After the agreement is signed there will be attacks across the border carried out by CIA and M6 paid individuals for a decade or more.
