It is easier in Florida because of third parties that handle the billing for Medicaid. Actually in some cases it is a fourth party. Medicaid, Insurance company, billing company, doctor, Patient. Cuts down government cost but makes coverage less. Actually, the insurance companies find reasons to kick you out of their system because what they do not pay out they keep. They receive capitated payments and what they do not pay out they keep.
