at Mizzou. You have to figure he would have sat at least 2 entire halves and then had one game where he scored 10 in the first 5 minutes and rode the bench until the last 5 minutes at which time he would be out of sync and cold and not score again. After the game Gates would be asked about his playing time and reply “ I didn’t foresee his rotational value when viewed within the entire concept of the team , the guys on the floor understood this and the dynamic we had developed”
