football program to a national championship, leaving a massive trail of W's in his wake, is that HE IS worth $10M over four years.

Maybe more.

Those are the true economics of the situation.

We don't have 250M end zone projects for a sport that isn't professional football, and professional football is massively expensive.

So continue to deny reality if you wish, but these are the numbers.

If 'top 30' type football programs cannot stomach these numbers then shut it down and go back to 'educating young people' as is the supposed mission of the actual affiliated organization...
