rules. In fact, they have no part to play in it. That authority belongs to the State legislature and it is the County Clerk's responsibility to follow the law. That said, it has been longstanding democrat party practice to jam as many bogus ballots as they can into the system as quickly as possible to circumvent a court order to stop it. Once in, the argument changes to every vote must count.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
