Recently had our mortgage bought out by Mr Cooper.

Just got setup with an online account through them to keep tabs on our mortgage account.

Every other link/button on the page is trying to convince me to refinance.

Multiple ads/solicitations on every page of their account website when viewing my info. Doing everything they can to inflate that mortgage payment, stretch out the length of the loan, and increase their interest collected.
