positions, inadequate processes, and lifers who suck at their job. When I sit at the DMV all afternoon and I made it through the line outside into the building you stay until every ****ing person has been served. Because it is 445 that does not mean you get to go home. Cut the line off earlier if you need to but everyone is to be served before you get to go home. That is just one example of stupidity.
