on Gaetz? No way! I'd also go out on a limb and say they could turn over any incriminating information to the DOJ as well (if they had any) since they have no law enforcement power. It'd be interesting to see what the House was able to find that the FBI (with far more reach and actual LE power) wasn't able to.
