is the twisting of law in order to persecute political opponents.
That in and of itself is illegal activity.
Where the Democrats have broken the law they need to be prosecuted and jailed.
Of course Democrats and the weak-minded will call the actual Rule of Law - lawfare.
But unless lawfare is punished, the entire corrupt infrastructure is encouraged to continue it's illegal ways.
