If Crews becomes the sniper, he was expected to be, then he probably has value as being the guy between the two, but if he is not a lights out shooter, then Warrick probably has more value. But neither one of them is impressed yet and I don’t think it will make a big difference in the team had we gotten neither one of them. You can question what would happen this season, but it would be better for the long-term go to the program if Boateng, Pierce, and Allen were getting all those minutes.
Gray was a valid insurance policy. He is a guy that you hope maybe you don’t actually need because other guys could handle the defense and rebounding inside, but so far he has proven that we do need him down there.
