Cuonzo had a more conventional approach to the game. He would have gotten more than 8 wins out of last seasons team, but also less than the 25 wins Gates got in season 1.

With this roster he would have a team that would be top 50-60 in defensive efficiency. But wouldn’t play uptempo, which is how this team needs to play.
