What should Hawley do if the people in his stated voted overwhelmingly for Trump's agenda?

What word would you use other than "mandate". Would "highly supported suggestion" make you more comfortable?

Trump's support was even stronger than Hawley's in his own state, meat, so you're suggesting he should vote against those people's "highly supported suggestion" to vote for a Senator who supports Trump's agenda as Senate majority lead?
