from getting all the minutes at their former schools to now coming off the bench or barely seeing any playing time at all. Probably a bit of culture shock.

It's going to be hard for Crews because Grill is probably better at everything basketball related except for maybe shooting 3's. Defense, rebounding, dribbling, passing, quickness and athleticism. Grill is ahead of him in all those categories.
