One theory why the Harris staffs have always been a trainwreck is because the people around her are all smarter than she is. Consequently, they expect more from her than she can deliver. Harris gets frustrated, angry and lashes out and fires the ones who she thinks make her look bad. I suspect the turmoil within the Harris campaign was substantial.
