I used to complain about how weak both MU basketball teams' schedules are. It's not what I'd pay to watch as a season ticket holder or even a as a fan. But I stopped complaining when I saw that they were struggling against those teams.
I often think that if it weren't for Title IX, MU wouldn't even have a women's team. Is the only purpose of it, to give the kids a chance to play D-1 basketball? I just don't think that's enough of a reason in this day and age.
