4 NCAA Tournament appearances (which only occurred because a once-in-generation talent fell into her lap, thanks to an extremely loyal family).

It's embarrassing that she wasn't fired 6 years ago after letting that talent go to waste. I've been saying this for years. The mismanagement of our AD programs never ceases to amaze me.
