he'll obviously fire Pingeton and that isn't on him. She should have been gone but DRF left and she benefitted. The gates situation is going to get interesting though. If he has another single digit win season and the team looks like they did in the second half alot it's time to start having the conversation if he's the guy. I think he'll get a 4th year regardless but he could be coming in as a lame duck. I know it's early but that second half was ugly last night. If football tanks the rest of the season he may need to rethink that approach.
