Pushing their agenda, secure in the knowledge that they can never be fired, unless they do drugs/molest the kids.
As such, they aren't teaching kids how to excel, they are teaching them to be victims, to comply, and beg for govt to save them.
Kids failing? Just more proof the entire system is racist, sexists, hates gays/transgenders.
Given the unrelenting progressive liberals running the system, no sane teacher will fight to change it. That's the only other way to lose a job or a career.
