of the bipartisan support it needed (another lie) then Trump being able to block as asserted by Jay, then he very much got something done. As a private citizen he was able to convince people to vote against, while Biden/Harris could not do the opposite.

This bill was never going to pass regardless of Trump. Kamala's camp is just using that story as a way to show some kind of semblance of "doing something about the border crisis". It's all she's got.

I am just highlighting the folly of that perspective. I really don't believe Trump did anything to block it.
