a coach taking a team that didn't got a bowl game the year before he was hire to a top-10, 11-2 team in year 4, 6-2 in year 5, was SEC coach of the year, plays in the SEC, a good recruiting class last year, good talent at the skill positions, a defense that has performed well, and wants to be a part of that future.

If you only focus on the perceived negatives, then yeah, nothing would appealing.
