In the NFL it's more about the teams/players than market size. Pittsburgh and Dallas who have huge national audiences are the exception and move the meter more than the NY market.

If the NY market and their #1 team moved the needle that much, the opponent and their record wouldn't matter and the game wouldn't draw the lowest ratings in several years.

Giants ratings, despite their market size, are still dependent on the Giants or their opponent being good.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
