Would like to become a dictator. But he likely doesn’t know what that word means and he certainly doesn’t have the competence for that.

He tried to overthrow the government and circumvent the election. It was a comical joke and total failure. Everything he does is marked by ineptitude and stupidity. He won’t accomplish anything purposefully, it will always be via inadvertent results.
