assume the incident was captured on video, since the event was staged with the press in attendance and intended to be used to promote his candidacy. Happy no one was killed, but it is funny that Koonce and the Kinzinger clown were both demonstrating their incompetence with firearms. It reminds me of the helmeted Dukakis, a democrat candidate for President who road in a tank for a political add.
