both Clinton and Biden had achieved in the past 2 elections. One was a dem loss, the other a very narrow victory. Hard to foresee a pathway to victory unless an unprecedented number of the hardest of hard core base show up. And this means far more than the 81 million Biden (reportedly) achieved.
