Games. You are right, it is an instant gratification world now, but that being said it is what it is, and I don't even see him making it through the season at this rate. In college football these days and especially the SEC, if you don't show some thing pretty promising in three years you are basically done.
With the portal and NIL, producing quickly will be more expected than ever. There is definitely risk with Oklahoma having a Nebraska or Tennessee like run where you are switching coaches every three or four years until something sticks.
From the outside, venables does look a little in over his head. But you guys were not helped with injuries and a brutal conference schedule.
