It's not hard, really. Did she think she wouldn't get pregnant having unprotected sex? Or was she just willing to use abortion as birth control?
But abortion advocates claim they are fighting for control of their bodies to have access to abortions for reasons which place the mother's life or health at risk. Obviously Handler shows abortion is just another method of birth control, later better than never.
As easy as it is to obtain birth control there is no reason to make abortion as easy as what is wanted.
