young QB, they all have some ability or talent. Chris Oladokun or something like that who was on KC's practice squad has an NFL arm and is a much better athlete than Rattler and he's probably never going to be a NFL starting QB. I've never seen any physical characteristics that stick out with Spencer Rattler what my contention is. Joe Milton on the other hand does, he's big, fast and can throw the ball over the moon...i'd call him very talented, just not sure he knows how to play QB.
