You don't reverse course 180 degrees in tactics with only three and a half weeks to go before election day, unless you are desperate to change the momentum. In this case positive momentum for Trump and negative for Harris. Recent polling and the attitude projected by media personalities confirm that Harris is in trouble and the dems are in panic mode.
