if a country does nothing, it's not because they're afraid of Dear Leader, it's because they're stockpiling and waiting for opportunity.....so, Trump likes to tout that Russia did nothing during his term, using Hokie's argument, how is that any different than how he's saying thing "will be" under Harris?
