and services (not a lie, it's funded by Congress.

2. I think it's a stretch to claim that is the reason they don't have enough money to spend on hurricane relief; HOWEVER, if I'm in Western NC, I don't think I care that this admin asked for and spent 1B on immigrant housing and now Mayorkas says they are out of DRF funding.

3. I trust people in the area who say FEMA has been extremely non-existent in a lot of areas, but I blame an utter lack of prep and execution more than I blame Biden/Harris directly

With that said, FEMA's strategic plan goals don't do it any service with 1 being equity.
